Datuk Lim Yan Pok
Managing Director
Datuk Lim Yan Pok, Managing Director, is an Economics graduate from the University of Bath, England. Since graduating, he has acquired extensive management experience in the fields of quarrying, hotel operations, and property development. He also holds directorships in various private limited companies. A Fellow of the Institute of Quarrying, he served as Vice-Chairman of the Selangor Quarries Association.
Currently, he devotes most of his time to social and charitable works. He is an advisory board member of the Dagpo Educational Fund Asia, a committee member of Kadam Tashi Choe Ling Malaysia, a member of the project team ensuring the sustainability of a monastery in India, and a trustee of the Kassim Chin Humanity Foundation.
Datuk Mohd Nazim Razak
Director
An architect by profession, he graduated from the Architectural Association, school of Architecture, London in 1987. Following that he served with YRM Architects in London, a multi-disciplinary building design consultancy. He now has 37+ years of experience in the Architectural field. Besides being the Director of NRY Architects Sdn Bhd, he is also a director of ING Insurance Berhad.
Dato' Ramlan Bin Othman
Director
Dato’ Ramlan Bin Othman had a distinguished career in the civil service spanning 34+ years and has held various senior positions in the state and federal levels including Director of Federal Development Department, Sabah, of the Implementation Coordination Unit (ICU) in the Prime Minister’s Department, Deputy Secretary General of the Ministry of Defence, Selangor State Secretary and the Mayor of Shah Alam City Council.
Mr. Ng Choi
Director
He is a town planner by profession, holding an honors degree in Urban & Regional Planning. He has a multitude of years of experience in the fields of Urban Planning, Property Development and Project Management. Prior to this appointment, he has held various posts such as Assistant Director in the Town & Country Planning Development, Planning & Development Manager of Bolton Properties Berhad, and Project Manager of the Lion Group.
Mr. Michael Lim Wei Kean
Director
Mr Michael Lim is a graduate from the University College London with a degree in Urban Planning, Design and Management. Upon completion of his undergraduate degree, he
undertook a Master’s in Business Management at Imperial College Business School, London. Prior to joining the company, he gained working experience within both the real estate and consulting industries – working with multinational corporations such as Ernst and Young.
He has been involved in the operations and management associated with BTS Group of Companies and its subsidiaries since 2019 and continues to work alongside senior management to oversee, plan and execute the strategic long term direction of the company.
Datin Ingrid Hartanto
Director
Datin Ingrid Hartanto has a degree in Business Studies from the University of Westminster and has over 30+ years of experience in property management – notably assisting in managing Bangunan Universal located in Petaling Jaya during her earlier professional years – whereby she was involved in managing day to day operations, leasing and upkeep and maintenance of the subject property.

Ms. Tee Guat Hong
Group General Manager - Finance and Investments
Joined the Group in 1999 as an accountant. She is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, holding a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, professional qualification of Malaysian Association of Certified Public Accountants. She started her career with Deloitte Kassim Chan & Co as an external auditor and accountant of a subsidiary of MUI Properties Berhad. She has more than 20 years of working experience in the property development industry.
Datin Yeow Lay Hoon
Personal Assistant
Datin Viviian LH Yeow is the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director and Director with over 40 years of experience. Specializing in office administration, human resources, and accounting, she has supported executives in managing daily operations with exceptional efficiency. Datin Viviian Yeow has built a strong career marked by her professionalism, multitasking skills and dedication. Her extensive expertise and attention to detail make her a key asset in any organization.
Mr. Victor Cheah
Group General Manager
A local graduate and holds an MBA. Started in the hospitality industry for over 20 years holding various senior management positions in hotels, resorts and golf courses in Malaysia. Joined BTS Land Capital Sdn Bhd in 2006 and assisted to develop and launch various housing projects and a purposed built student accommodation in Semenyih.
